Pregnancy workout in my pyjamas this morning! Quick full body workout - little to no rest between exercises. 20 deep squats, 10 push-ups, 20 glute bridges, 15 bicep curls, 16 lunges, 12 shoulder presses - all with resistance bands. 30sec rest at end, repeat 3 times. Great for pregnant women or for those new to exercising - getting heart rate up and working muscles without over-doing it. I’ve slowed down at this stage of my pregnancy, so doing whole body workouts is great - means I can have more rest days! Awesome results! This amazing woman has been doing the ERGS challenges since May - she was already lean and very athletic but the meal plans and training programs helped her to pack on some muscle and tighten her curves! She looks amazing!!! Best of all, she’s learnt about food and nutrition and has heaps of energy to get her through her uni exams. On top of all that, shes a wonderful person - Ive had the pleasure of meeting her in person! So proud of her - she’s ROCKING IT!!!
