ANNOUNCING BUBBA #2!! 
Very excited to FINALLY share our good news with you all - my partner and I are expecting our second child!! This little one was a total surprise - and our little guys Jack will be barely a year old when #2 enters the world! Very exciting…it’s going to be a crazy ride! 
And yes this means all my progress pics have been while pregnant - I’m 15 weeks now! 
I will still be posting food and workouts and soon I am RELAUNCHING my BRAND NEW CHALLENGES - so stay tuned!!! This busy lady is about to be a whole lot busier…

Booty transformation since giving birth - 6 months - not “dieting” as I’m breastfeeding, working out a couple of times a week and walking for about an hour 3-4days a week (pushing the pram is good resistance too!). 
Ladies if you’ve had a baby be kind to your body - it’s a whole new world and a new set of priorities so it’s ok if you don’t immediately look like you used to - being healthy, finishing balance and ENJOYING your children matter more…the rest will come!

These little guys are so tasty! I cooked these up for my partner and I for breakfasts this week - that way all we have to do is reheat and eat!
I firstly cooked finely diced zucchini and sliced bacon in a pan with black pepper. I then decided this mixture between 20 silicone muffin tins (2 each for 5 mornings) and topped with chopped chive, whisked eggs (3 eggs per 2 frittatas) and chunks of goats cheese. Bake at 180 degree C until puffed and golden. 
Great to make in bulk - they keep well in the fridge and they freeze great.

So good!!! Quinoa is a complete protein and it’s super delicious! I cooked up a massive batch of this to have with some roasted shredded chicken I made. 
Salad consists of;
Finely sliced celery, flat leaf parsley, finely sliced sun dried tomato, Danish feta and home-roasted walnuts mixed with cooked purple quinoa (could use regular quinoa too). 
I also made a dressing - but kept this separate so I could make up the salad fresh each day. 
Dressing; olive oil, lemon juice, finely diced anchovies, crushed garlic with salt and pepper. Totally makes the quinoa pop!!! 
I had this today with chicken baked with lemon and paprika and lots of fresh rocket (arugula). Delicious!!

Great for busy people - pop it on before bed or in the morning and voila!…dinners are ready made.

Choc chip cookies!! These were fantastic! I adapted a recipe from Sarah Wilson’s ‘I quit sugar’ site - so delicious and quick to make! 
125gm butter whipped with 1/2 cup honey until creamy and pale - add one egg. 
Stir wet mixture into 1.5 cup buckwheat flour, 1 tspn baking powder and a little salt. Add a tspn vanilla and 100gm good quality dark chocolate coarsely chopped. Should be a soft dough. 
Space tbspn of mixture about 7cm apart or more as the dough spreads - bake at about 160degree C (no fan) for 10-15min until just golden. 
Voila!!
